About Us

We are a Critical Incident Stress Management team which is made up from members and close associates of the Nova Scotia Fire Service. This team is a sub-committee of the Fire Service of Nova Scotia and all of our work is volunteer. We provide Crisis Intervention Support primarily to the Fire Service in this province. Our team is registered with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and follows ICISF standards and policies. Our clinical director is Dr.Sandy Fraser.
